“It serves our purpose- a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable. Motel was a bit dated but that doesn’t impact me much. Clean room which is a priority. boiled eggs at breakfast bar left out on counter instead of being kept in the breakfast fridge is my only minor negative. Overall, I got great value for the low amount paid for the stay and the location.”

“This is a nice, basic place to stay. No frills, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Accessible to shops and restaurants in Wooster with a 5-10 minute drive. The bed was clean and modestly firm - no lumps or bumps! Showers were nice and hot... too hot, actually, so mind the tap!”

“Have stayed several times at this property. Like the location to all the shops in Berlin. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hate that the pet rooms are on the top floor, but deal with it and aware that's how it is. Might try the Berlin Heritage next time with pet room in back lower level. (Hope there are pictures on the walls, last time not!) I would suggest you offer the guest breakfast at either of your locations and that is communicated to guest upon check in.
