Lovely situation on the outskirts of Holt, quiet , hardly any traffic noise.

Lovely situation on the outskirts of Holt, quiet , hardly any traffic noise. I parked my car easily reversing into the driveway. Warm and inviting, well equipped kitchen diner plus loo. Two other reception rooms, a small snug overlooking the garden, a larger front room, comfy settee and television. I believe comfort would have been enhanced with a comfortable armchair. Two delightful bedrooms, comfy large beds, adequate lighting and room to unpack. Nice bathroom with overhead shower, would have appreciated more instructions for managing the shower. Lots of hot water and soft towels. The garden and summer house would be very much appreciated in the warmer weather. The welcome pack much appreciated, thankyou. I would have no hesitation in recommending Robin Cottage, would live to return one day. Thankyou to Julie and Carl for a comfortable stay in Lovely Norfolk.
