Weeks stay early October 2023

Great location and sizeable property for just the two of us and our 2 dogs. Location is quiet,within easy reach of pebble beach, village with local pub and coffee shop. Easy access to the north Norfolk coast and inland areas and the many walks. Ideal for walkers and bird watchers. Property is adequately equipped, spacious with parking for 1 car, although you can park on the street, although would've like more info on the facilities that were to hand. If you're going to stay I'd advised booking evening meals out well in advance before you arrive. Overall a pleasant stay and we had good weather which was a bonus!

The cottage was very comfortable for the six of us.

The cottage was very comfortable for the six of us. It was near the beach and a very good local pub. The only downside was that it didn't have a back garden. I would recommend this cottage.

Lovely comfortable cottage.

Lovely comfortable cottage. Well equipped and ideal position for outings to the coast. The only down side was the garden,or lack of it. I think you should revise your advertising for garden and patio area.
