A slice of heaven

This property exceeded our expectations by a long shot. A perfect slice of heaven is exactly how I would describe it. This place is healing, quiet, surrounded by beautiful flowers (in the summer) and landscape is breathtaking. We stayed in the penthouse and the views of the water from our balcony were stunning. This was place was everything our family needed and will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely Beautiful

This is a beautiful place to stay while in Homer. The deck offers a stunning view of the bay. We loved the location. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The beds were comfortable. We look forward to going back.

A peaceful getaway

The property was beautiful with a spa-like atmosphere, spacious quarters, and breathtaking views of Homer Spit. Liz and Josh were great hosts and made our stay extra special with baked goods and wine gifted to us on a rainy night. Perfect

We loved the penthouse suite; the view was amazing, as was every aspect of the rental. Clean, cozy and contemporary. From the comfortable beds to the roomy dining/kitchen area, it’s perfect for 2-4 people. The outside patio has a BBQ grill and a hot tub. Owners were so nice and responsive through entire process. We will stay again!

Amazing view!

This suite was impeccably clean and charmingly decorated. The view is outstanding. The communication with the property manager could not have been better, and she went above and beyond to offer assistance with some extenuating circumstances on our end. We felt like we were truly welcomed on their property!

Highly recommend and hope to return!

I can't say enough about this very special rental. Every comfort and amenity has been considered, we felt like we were staying in a high end resort suite, but with personal touches that warm your heart. Fresh baked cookies, fresh cut bouquets and prompt text replies and so much more. You can see how much the Garveys truly care about making your stay exceptional. The king bed is so comfortable, the towels plush and plenty, a well supplied kitchen, plentiful soaps. Lovely and clean bathrooms, spotlessly clean throughout! We stayed in the top suite and loved watching sea otters from the deck with the provided binoculars. We hope to return and recommend this place to anyone in a heart beat! Thank you, Liz, Josh and Karen for maker our Homer stay so comfortable!

Wonderful Property

The location on the water is fabulous. The condo was immaculate. The owner's decorating is superb. We stayed two nights and watching Otters and Eagles and the view of Glaciers and the spit were just spectacular! We grilled steaks one night, and simply just had a great stay! This is literally the best we have stayedat in Alaska.(here for 1 week)

Unbelievable view and location!

Very accommodating hosts, very roomy with comfy beds, kitchen nicely provisioned, relaxing hot tub, just off the spit to keep away from the crowds, but very close for early morning fishing. Highly recommend this property!

We had the upstairs suite in a new house/hotel. The rooms, decor and furnishings were perfect "by the sea". We looked directly on cook inlet, with enormous windows and glass doors that stepped onto a beautiful deck. And location!! We were only 2 miles from the road that led to the Homer Spit, which was also the view we had. We loved this place!

It’s all in the details

This place was amazing! Wish would could have stayed longer. They had all these cute details around the unit. Slippers, sparkling cider, bread and honey and tons of decor accents. The location is perfect, close to town and with a perfect view. The deck, hot tub and grill were all used by us. The only thing I would ad to the upstairs suit is additional in door seating. Would have loved a couch or something to sit on once it got a little chilly at night. Other than that the deck and view were all we needed.

Fabulous Homer Retreat!

Beautiful views!

This place is immaculate with stunning views! The property manager ensured that all our needs were met including offering local suggestions for the best places to eat, etc. It was a little awkward that there was no living room style sitting area given the size of the apartment, but other than that it was a very well appointed space. We would highly recommend and would love to visit again someday.
