"Great view from the rooftop pool area. Parking is available, but located around the corner from hotel entrance. Shops and supermarket near by were convenient. Breakfast was good with multiple options daily. Rooms were very basic without hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, or shower caps. Overall a good hotel downtown Vitória."

"Wanderlei e o melhor Bartender, e a senhora que trabalha das 23:00 pm as 06:00 am preparando o cafe da manha. Rodrigo foi gentil mas precisa de uma arma para defender as pessoas que sao de dentro e fora do Brasil. As toalhas da piscina precisam ser trocadas por um material melhor. A localizacao e otima. E as camareiras sao boas."
"Hotel staff is the true highlight of this property!
I had a special request for a holiday weekend, which is usually a challenge since services and staff are often reduced across the city. It was both my parents’ wedding anniversary and their birthdays, and I wanted to surprise them. After booking, I realized my reservation was not for three people, and instead only for one person and two twin beds. I reached out the hotel via WhatsApp, and the team was incredibly efficient and supportive. They quickly helped me find a solution: I booked an additional room, and they even offered a discount.
Debora at the reception reassured me, saying “We’ll take care of them, and she truly did. Their check-in went smoothly, and the hotel even surprised them with a fruit and chocolate platter. The next day, when I arrived, another staff member helped me record the big surprise moment. Thanks to their warmth and care, everything went perfectly.
The hotel itself is very well located: walking distance to gas stations, supermarkets, local restaurants (from Brazilian chains to hidden gems you should absolutely try), and even beaches. Shopping Vitória is just five minutes away by car. Breakfast and parking were included, which was a great bonus.
There are a few small areas in the property that could use updating, but nothing that affected our experience. Overall, the staff made all the difference and created unforgettable memories for my family. I would come back. "
"Extremely confusing and a huge hassle to check in. I booked on Expedia and then some other company messaged me on WhatsApp saying I need to give them my name, personal information and credit card to check in. There was no mention of any of this during the booking. So I imagine it is a scam. But they seem to have all the information about me checking in and they kept telling me on the WhatsApp that if I don’t check in through with them, I won’t be able to do it with the front desk. I called Expedia and they said that it is a scam because they don’t know anything about this. It is not mentioned in their checking system. Finally it turns out it was the hotel but they don’t approach you with the same name of the hotel. It’s a different company name and they also ask you for a security deposit which was not mentioned during the reservation. And they don’t give you any towels or toiletries other than what’s there at the moment of arrival. It is extremely hard to check in and deal with them and they don’t take care of you afterwards."
