“We came to Miami for a medical emergency for a family member. This property was amazing for us as everything was easy. Easy to book, great communication, the staff were available and attentive to our needs, very clean, and in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle but also within walking distance to the city. “The unit was clean and spacious. Having a washer and dryer was a nice surprise. The hair conditioner and body wash bottles were less than half full when I arrived for a 5 night stay. The two fails: I didn't have the building and unit access codes before I arrived at the property and the pre-check in paperwork was very detailed and time consuming. I had to call Expedia from the property. They didn't have an extra roll of toilet paper and I had to get my own toilet paper. THIS was a huge……

“Die Wohnung selber war toll. Einfach etwas spärlich eingerichtet mit Küchenutensilien. Zudem war es sehr sehr mühsam, dass die Klimaanlage die ganze Zeit lief, auch nachts und nicht ausgeschaltet werden konnte. Das Haus ist eigentlich als Einfamilienhaus gebaut und es wurden nun drei Einheiten zum Vermieten daraus gmacht. Das ist nicht so toll, da die Wohnungen nur durch eine dünne Tür getrennt sind und man so alles von den Nachbarn mitbekommt. Sehr schade. ”
