「the overall conditions of hotel live up to my expectation being a five stars hotel. unfortunately, the house keeping services were so bad that i requested a tea pot for several times since check in. no one in the hotel responded to my request. i have to walk down to the restaurant and ask for one.」

「Kleines verstecktes, persönlich geführtes Hotel im Altbau mit wenigen Zimmern um die Ecke von Avenue Louise mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung (Bus, Tram). Check-in läuft mit Codenummern; Kommunikation war sehr zuverlässig und äußerst freundlich. Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Ich hatte ein Zimmer unterm Dach, das sehr aufgeheizt war. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung als echte Alternative zu großen Hotelketten. 」
