Need to be more strict on smoking especially the mainland tourists as they always break rules. As last time I was here on a non smoking floor and there was people smoking who were obviously Chinese tourists. This rating is for my past two stays here. The beds are really itchy and makes my skin itchy and have rashes. That means it’s not clean as I have sensitive skin.

The hotel is new and in good location. However, it is recommended that they can improve the cleanliness of the room. Also, the housekeeper should be trained up to show better courtesy. Instead of calling the customers as " wai!!", better to show some respect and call customers as MR or MS, sir or Madam.
