Superb location, great harbour views and a wonderful spacious room (for Hong Kong!). It was let down only by the check-in process, which took half an hour to receive a non-functional keycard for a room of a lower grade than I paid for. I had to produce my Expedia receipt to get them to change it, so the customer service leaves a lot to be desired, but once you get past the staff, the hotel itself is wondeful.
