"This so called 5 star hotel doesn't reach the 5 star standard.
The location is great, right next to University Train station and the bus terminus. Bathroom is spacious and beds are clean and comfy.
However, from the first step into this hotel, the small packed and crowded lobby made you uncomfortable. Check in process is too slow, at least 20 mins wait is a must. Not recommended.
