"Highly recommended for convenience, spacious rooms, and excellent service! We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel on three separate occasions (for 7, 5, and 9 days). 1) Unbeatable Location & Transportation: The location is incredibly convenient-just a 10-minute walk to the Tsuen Wan MTR station via a fully covered elevated walkway. An airport bus stop sits right in front of the hotel, and plenty of local bus and minibus options are nearby. Additionally, cross-border buses on Tak Hoi Street are just a short 10-minute walk away. 2) Fantastic Shopping & Dining: Right beneath the hotel is a shopping center featuring an AEON supermarket alongside numerous shops and restaurants. The dim sum restaurant on the top (30th) floor is excellent! There are also countless local dining options within a short walking distance. 3) Spacious Rooms: We stayed in an Executive Floor room on a high floor. It was impressively spacious and well-appointed with two twin beds, a desk, a comfortable armchair with a footrest, a mini-fridge, a safe, and standard amenities. 4) Excellent service. Daily housekeeping emptied the trash, and towels were refreshed every other day or upon request. Notably, after our first stay, we misplaced a tablet. When we contacted the hotel, the staff made a genuine, dedicated effort to help us search for it. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with all of our stays and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Hong Kong!"

"Service was excellent, and while the location is a bit far away from central HK, all of the resort hotels are along the sea with wonderful views, especially if you walk along the seawall. The rooms were quite nice and well themed. We were there during a quiet period so some of the dining options were not available. Major plus, they let us check in early after our very long flight from the U.S."

"I really liked Dorsett, my room had a nice view was well kept it, spacious it was nice and practical. The whole Hotel is well maintained really clean and the amenities are awesome and useful. I like that it had a shuttle for a nearby shopping center. All in all, it was a great stay."

"This is my 3rd time in this hotel for the last 2 years, I am very satisfied with the hotel In general. Unfortunately, this time, the mattress was too soft and not supportive at all. It hurts my back. It never happens before, I wished the management team will take a look of this. If you need to know which room, let me know I am happy to tell you. Overall, good service!"
