4/2/25: ANNUAL Preventative Maintenance, Cleaning, & Repairs to our 6th floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, & Pool Deck areas. This process will require the TEMPORARY closure of the Pool/Jacuzzi deck (fenced areas) starting on Sunday, November 9th, 2025 @ 9:00 p.m. and upon completion, we will re-open on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025 @ 7:00 a.m. (weather permitting)
The Island Colony located at 445 Seaside Ave on the 28th Floor.
LIVING AREA (424 sq.ft not including lanai)
- 1 Queen & 1 Single Sofa Sleeper
- Flat screen TV
- Window A/C
KITCHEN
- Stove cooktop
- Microwave
- Refrigerator
BATHROOM
- Bathtub/Shower
- Sink/Toilet
BUILDING AMENITIES
- Pool & BBQ grill
- Sauna & Jacuzzi
- Coin operated laundry room
- Gym ($10 cash one time fee through hotel front desk. *price subject to change w/o notice)
- PARKING - Public parking garage onsite for $47/day (price subject to change w/o notice)
ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Beach chairs, Boogie board & Cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).
CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

We have our own in house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers located in our Waikiki office who are available by phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.
