I love how this spot was in the middle of everything. It’s 1 min away from the beach and there are many food spots around. It’s a small cute place with possibly everything you need. It also has a nice view of the Waikiki beach. Alexei was very easy to get a hold off when needed. I would definitely book this spot again

What more can I say 1 block to both Waikiki Beach and MacDonalds. Alto it is an older condo it has two fast elevators. And the unit is well decorated mostly custom oak. Roku TV comes with many channels. I was very pleased with the WI-FI internet. The kitchen is well-equipped with microwave, electric stove, and fridge. Alexei was very accommodating making my 10-day stay very pleasant

Very good!
The unit was clean and a very easy walk to the beach. It is small but that was what we expected as the square footage was listed. It had everything we needed for our stay! We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai each day. Communication was great. The building is older but we would certainly stay here again. Thanks!

Very Comfortable Condo

Convenient in Waikiki
The view from the balcony is really nice. Enjoyed sitting out for morning coffee and breakfast. It’s only a block from the beach, very walkable. The condo is small, but very well-planned and furnished to make use of every bit of space. Alexei was an excellent communicator from my initial reservation and questions through to the checkout. The kitchen is small but workable, with most of the items you would hope to find when cooking. We stayed here because it was 1/2 block from where friends were staying, which was very convenient. Our biggest issue was being in an urban setting, where there is lots of noise in the still dark hours of the morning when deliveries are made and garbage is picked up. As light sleepers, we were unable to sleep as long as we normally do. But the bed was comfortable.

Enough room for 2
If all you need is a room to sleep and shower, this does the job. Just enough room for 2 people and our luggage, but with so much to do we were hardly in there. Location was great and close to everything, partial ocean view was nice too. The property is very dated, but we had no issues w/ our room. Met some of the residents there, which was quite interesting. Made for some good people watching at the bar downstairs. I digress. So parking...we rented a car because we were leaving for Ko Olina after our stay here. We parked at the property, out of convenience, not knowing just how limited and tight the spaces were. David the property manager was very nice and accommodating. Getting in and out of the car and parking spot was a bit tricky. Our host was quick to answer any questions and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. Thank you Alexei.

The host Alexei is amazing! He responded quicly whenever we had questions. It was really nice of him to let us check in early as our flight arrived in early morning. Very good location! Only few minutes to shops, beach, bus stops and popular restaurants. Everything we needed was provided in the room. The building is a bit run down and noisy from the lift and outside. We kind of get used to it after a couple days. Overall it's nice stay

Super location, convenient to everything
My husband and I enjoy having Waikiki as our home base when we visit Oahu and this spot was perfect! The condo has a large balcony with views of the ocean, fully equipped, very functional kitchen, plenty of storage for our clothes and belongings, one block to the beach and surrounded by tons of great restaurants. The condo was very clean and well organized with a beach umbrella and chairs to use if desired. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again!

A gem of a place a hop away from the beach
This condo was perfect for a couple or single traveler. It's clean, quaint and has everything you can think of. The location, 1 min walk from to Waikiki beach, is fantastic. Perfect Waikiki Vacation spot
My 15 year old daughter and I stayed for 9 nights in March. Although small and a little outdated, we didn’t care. The location is 10/10. Neighborhood is great. And view from the lanai is where I enjoyed a morning coffee and evening cocktail every day of our stay. We felt 100% safe at the property. Great restaurants and food trucks around. Bus stop one block away and fantastic access to Waikiki beach! Had a blast! Hoping to come back next year!! The hosts were so gracious and answered all of my questions. This was our first trip to Hawaii! Absolute paradise!

Couldn’t ask for a better location. We enjoyed the view. Room was as described and pictured, well designed for function, decoration, appointed and equipped, and in good repair. We used most of it and found everything we needed and then some. A TV listing would have been helpful. After assessing the parking options, we chose the Aston at the Waikiki Banyan as our best option at $80/week. Always a spot, easily the best price, and an easy 3.5 block walk. Owner very responsive and we hardly needed him, just questions. Earlier reviews helped us prepare. We would stay there again.

My wonderful vacation in Honolulu.
We really enjoyed my staying air B&B. The place is very clean and one minute walk to beach, very safe. My flight time was 8 pm and Alexei did a favor for late check out . That really helped us to enjoy the last minute of Wakiki beach . Thanks again , I want to come back again sometime.

Place needs a good cleaning.
We arrived on aug 5th. The Check in process was smooth . We found 3 half eaten pop cycles in the freezer and has to empty a water bucket under the AC every morning. The unit was advertised with parking however that was not the case. We had to pay per night to park. Very sketchy people passing in and around the property.

It is unfortunate that we do not meet expectations of every guest, despite our best effort. Our listing clearly states "Public Parking Garage nearby $../24 hours", and gives specific rate how much it will cost extra. That does imply guests have to pay for their parking. That is the case everywhere else in Waikiki. We are in the safest spot, across from the main beach, and across the street from Hyatt Regency, where guests are charged an additional, much higher rate for parking on top of the nightly rate that is more then triple of ours. Most of the people you would encounter in our building are tourists from around the world, who recognized the exceptional value we provide. We offer a very clean and a safe accommodation at a most competitive price. Dozens of repeat customers we have had over the years can vouch for that.

Excellent Condo for 2
Alexei and Matthew’s Seashore condo suited us perfectly! Location is so close to Kuhio beach and all the shops in Waikiki. Access to condo was great using security codes, no need to carry a key. Two elevators service the condos, so we never waited to go up or down. Stairway was clean and safe, so walking up or down is fine too. Condo was very clean, nice tile floor, easy to sweep. Main ceiling fan was very nice to keep the air moving. Air conditioning was very good, with an extra fan in the kitchen to blow the cold air around the room. Door to lanai was very big, so we usually just left that wide open and inside had a nice breeze so you didn’t need air con on very much. Nice view from lanai, great set of table and chairs, we ate most meals outside. Bed is a memory foam mattress, which was great for myself having a sensitive bad back. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, sink. Stereo/sound system//wifi/tv was great. Netflix and other connections if you wanted to watch something. Storage cupboard has good extras like some books to read, rain umbrella, drying rack, insulated picnic hamper, also beach umbrella, chairs, body board are there for your use. Bathroom/shower was great. Good water pressure, ample room for shower. Good supply of shampoo, soap, first aid kit, laundry powder, toilet paper. Overall an excellent place to stay! Very highly recommended!

This condo is very clean and efficient.
This condo was perfect for our vacation. The bed was comfortable, refrigerator and microwave works great, the shower had good water pressure and no draining issues. It also has some snorkeling gear and beach chairs that are available to use. The location is excellent. The beach is just around the corner. Endless possibilities await within a 10 minute walk of this condo. You can find just about any type of food you want to eat and there's hundreds of places to shop. Parking is extremely limited so if you are thinking of renting a vehicle for your stay, renting a place to park could cost $125-200 for the week. My wife and I both agree that we would definitely stay here again! Aloha!

Amazing Trip!

Paradise with stunning views
We were lucky enough to spend three months holiday in this sweet little central studio and completely chilled out. We were so close to the beach and used the provided beach chairs and spent the afternoon on the beach. At night we discovered amazing restaurants and bars. Highly recommend "Flour and Barley", International Marketplace "Arancino", Waikiki Beach Marriott, and P.F. Chang, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Centre. The studio is spotless and the photos are exactly what you get. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, should you want to cook. The fridge is large for the fresh vegetables and fruit from the Farmers Markets. Alexei is a wonderful host and is very prompt in responding to queries. Great location, enjoyed our stay
My wife and I stayed in this unit for 8 nights, it's as pictured, clean, and is well kept up. Alexei checked in with us following our arrival to make sure we were happy (which we were), and if we had any questions or needed anything else. Not many hosts check in like this and it was appreciated! I've stayed in Waikiki in a few different areas, this was by far the best location for beach access and easy access to transportation, amenities, etc. I would recommend this unit to friends/family and I'm glad that we booked this unit for our stay!
