Property was super convenient and close to everything. Other than going to Pearl Harbour, we didn’t need to take a cab anywhere else. Hotel pool was nice, and beach is across the street just a few minutes walk away. Lots of shopping and food options nearby the property. Other than staying across the street at a property with direct access to Waikiki beach, we couldn’t ask for a better location. There are a couple of areas the hotel can improve on. I was surprised to see small toiletries bottles as most hotels have moved to using big ones (refillable, reusable and multiple uses for all guests), which is much better for the environment. Although the room and hotel was clean, there were ants in the bathroom countertop, and even after eliminating what I see, they keep coming back. It would also be nice to have an extra garbage bin below the bathroom countertop (there was one inside the bathroom and one by the couches). Also, there was no recycling bin in the hotel room.
