"Oh my gosh. Kyla was so awesome. We were so cold and tired and we were greeted so nicely. It was quick and she got us all set up for our service dog. (Sometimes it doesn’t go that well). Kyla is a definite asset. Keep up the good work. Our stay has been clean and beautiful so far! "
