This detached, timber-framed house is in a leisure area, surrounded by old oak and linden trees and with many walking paths, as well as a mountain biking trail four kilometres long up on Orupsberg, on the border to the plain towards the south and very close to the lake with child-friendly swimming spots and fishing possibilities. The holiday house is one of three buildings on the farm, of which one is occupied by the owner and is about 100 metres away. Other residential houses are at least 500 metres away. The one-hectare site also has hens, sheep and geese in fenced areas. The house of around 120m² is on two floors. The ground floor has a 60m² living room with a kitchen, equipped with satellite TV, a DVD and CD player, an electric stove with two ovens, a microwave, a big fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster and a mixer. The washing machine is in a room next to it and there is a big freezer in the bicycle storage room. There is a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a toilet. The smallest bedroom has a bunk bed and a changing table. A cot is available on request. The other three bedrooms each have two single beds, so there are a total of eight beds measuring 90 x 200cm. The bedrooms upstairs have electric radiators, while the living room downstairs has Daikon air conditioning and there are electric radiators in the hallway and in the bathroom.
