Hope Lake

The location was great, very close to Penn Station if traveling to/from. Room size was expected due to it being NY. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and quick.

Easy access to times square

Conveniently located. Several amenities bir a quick bit availabke. But my Room was not made up or refreshed on second day by 4 pm. Very full hotel due to World Cup. When i left at 6:15 am i asked desk ckerk to call fir a taxi but he directed me outside instead to a cab that was occupied. No one else around so inhadvto walk to intersection to flag another. Lack if customer care at that hour. Several staff behind desk.
