“唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這”

“Our family had a great stay at this VRBO. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our visit stress-free and enjoyable. The location was a huge plus since it was close to so many shops and restaurants in downtown Richmond, making it easy to explore the area without traveling far. Also the highlight of our stay was how easy Mark was to communicate with and gave clear instructions for check in and out. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it……
