The view from this house is spectacular!

This property is located just off of Highway 68 but is far enough away that you get very little traffic noise. The neighbors are within eye site but are not so close that you, or they, are interfering with each other. There is plenty of open space on the street for any yard games you may bring.

This house is a 3 bedroom with 2 full baths. The main floor has 1 queen bedroom, the upstairs has 1 queen bedroom, the downstairs is also a queen. This house will sleep 6 comfortably with a 10 person maximum. There are no exceptions to this rule. This is a non smoking house. Pets are allowed with approval. The cleaners charge $100 per pet. The 2 garages are not for guests use. The kitchen is furnished with all your basic cooking needs. A regular drip style coffee maker is furnished, please bring your coffee of choice.

There is a 4 night minimum for all holidays.

There is an atm in the Sinclair gas station at the beginning of the street. If you choose to bring your own watercraft Devils Elbow boat launch is about 1/2 of a mile away. Kayaks can easily be launched from the east side of the street. Lake Barkley State Park Marina is a short ride up the river or just down the road.

With being on the lake there is always a chance of bugs, please understand we do everything we can to keep the outside of the house clean but sometimes it just is not possible. June, July, and August have what is called a Mayfly hatch occasionally, they do not bite and are good for fishing.
