Another Great Rainbow House Stay
Such a beautiful spot, and even in late December we were able to enjoy it by fishing and exploring the surrounding area. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Excellent property! We loved the view, the wildlife and accessible to all the things we planned for the trip. The owners are on property, but out of sight. My only comment are some of the bed linens were not fresh (popcorn kernels in bed, make up on comforter). Other than that, perfect!!

I hesitate to review this property, as I want to keep this secret paradise to myself! From the wonderful decor and brilliant house design, to the stunningly beautiful location, this was the perfect vacation spot. I want to live there full time.

Beautiful, Quiet, and Relaxing
The property is exceptional. Everything is new and fresh, and the surroundings are super quiet. We enjoyed the chaise lounges on the water’s edge as well as the outdoor table and chairs on the patio. It had rained our first night there so the current in the water was a little too rough to do any kayaking but we still enjoyed being near the water. You have everything you need inside the property and the hosts are super nice people who are very responsive. We would stay there again.

Relaxing country getaway
Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We had plenty of room, we enjoyed watching deer, along with various birds and geese. We caught a good mess of fish and paddled around in the kayaks offered. The hosts communicated with us when we had questions. We had a wonderful time!

Spring Break Getaway
We brought our teenagers for a relaxing Spring Break and some off-road adventure at a nearby park. They enjoyed the kayaks, fishing off the concrete dock, and feeding the deer apples in the evenings. Our host, Erik, was welcoming, friendly, and helpful when needed (there was a Wi-Fi issue at first, which was quickly taken care of). The linens were very clean and fresh with extras in the master. Our son slept on the convertible beanbag mattress and said it was comfy and easy to put back together due to the link on the VRBO listing-Thanks! The only suggestions I would have would be that a welcome note would have been helpful with a list of favorite restaurants, as one of the best (and friendliest!) breakfasts we had was just past the entrance to the subdivision and to also possibly stress that there is only a tub in the master, no shower. It was obvious in the photos and description, but we didn’t take note. It was a little wild taking turns showering after our off-road adventure! We did enjoy our stay very much and would recommend the listing to others.

Amazing Stay!
Loved this stay so much! Its such a beautiful property, also loved that you had access to fishing, kayaks, we really enjoyed most of our stay out on the porch because the weather was beautiful. We usually make two trips to Marble Falls during the month of October (husband is a bow hunter and we have a lease there) and we have tried to stay at different places every time, this however has been our favorite stay so far. Our kids also LOVED seeing all the wild life, SO many deer and one night we even watched a fox for about 20 minutes. Definitely will be an option for our stay for next year! *Also, I wish I could give more then 5 stars to the property owner, there is a warning on the info portion of the stay that notes there is a pole that will jump out in front of you, my brother in law trying to avoid the pole in the dark accidently got his car stuck in the ditch. The owner was super nice about the situation and even offered to help pull the car out with his vehicle. 10/10 on being helpful and understanding.

Comfy respite waterfront property
The house is situated with a view of the lake, and you can watch the deer most any time of the day. It was furnished with everything we needed to get away and have time to our selves. Just a few minutes drive from Marble Falls, we could either go into town for meals or fix something at the house to eat. Everything was clean and in working order. A couple of times, we had a question for the owner, and he called us back right away. Kayaking on the lake was relaxing and fun. We would like to go back again.

Great getaway spot
Our getaway to marble falls area staying at rainbow 2 was short and sweet. Would be a wonderful place for a family trip as well. Loved seeing how the family took a difficult event -the flooding of their home- and made something beautiful from it. We enjoyed the kayaks and the very comfortable beds and just the quiet and beauty Of the area.

We enjoyed watching the deer roam the grounds during our morning coffee. Floated in the river on the provided tubes and also enjoyed kayaking! So much to see! Water was nice and cool. We also enjoyed exploring the islands! Cooked out on the propane grill and made s’mores around the fire pit! We will stay an extra day next time!

Serene Settings Close to Fun Activities
Quiet getaway spot next to the Colorado River. We relaxed at the spacious property while enjoying the breeze - and the sights and sounds of wildlife (birds, ducks, deer, fireflies). The place was super clean and had everything that we needed. The hosts were very responsive to questions. Just a few minutes' drive away are really good dining options (Opie's BBQ!), breweries (Hell or High Water's namesake brew is a must-try) , wineries and hiking places. We particularly enjoyed our side trip to the Enchanted Rock! If you are going to use this place, plan on taking advantage of the massive back yard next to the water. BBQ, s'mores, picnic or just hang out and chitchat.

Lovely new home with a great view!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rainbow House 2. The house itself is very new, clean, and stocked with all the supplies needed. We enjoyed walking down to the river and also watching the deer nearby. We had plenty of room for the four of us. The owner was very responsive. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Sweet home away from home
Rainbow House II was a wonderful, clean, cozy, convenient, and beautiful guest house that served as our home base for the few days we trekked through the surrounding area. Jennifer responded to all messages promptly and even though I was initially concerned about the privacy issue since we'd be staying at their guest house ... it was not a problem at all! The guest house had everything we needed and there was even a thoughtful Christmas tree for the ambience. The beds/beddings were comfortable and the location is great (just outside of Marble Falls -- far enough to the hustle and bustle, but such a short drive should you want/need anything)!
