Aquilae is a relaxed 4-bedroom home set right on the water at Corea Bay, a peaceful Waterfront Retreat in Horsfield Bay named after the sea eagles often seen gliding overhead, With wide water views from every room, direct access to a quiet sandy beach, and bushwalks starting from the property, it s a calm and private place to unwind.
The Space-
Aquilae is spread across three levels and designed to make the most of its beautiful location. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors in, and the open-plan living space flows out to a generous deck, ideal for a morning cuppa, lazy afternoons, or evenings by the fire.

*4 comfortable bedrooms (sleeps 8), all located on the bottom level
*Stunning views over Corea Bay to Box Head
*A small sandy beach just down the path and fire pits (a small amount of firewood will be provided, all a short bush walk to bottom of property
* Well-equipped kitchen with a handy butler s pantry
* Two outdoor fire pits for evenings under the stars, located behind the house.
* Bushwalk from the back of the property
* Ceiling fans throughout plus heater is all bedrooms and living areas (no air conditioning, but great sea breezes)
* Garage parking available
