“Only issue I had was there only being one full size towel in the bathroom and no TV in the bedrooms. Very nice home and awesome location.”

“This property was amazing. I stayed here for a couple of months while relocating to the area and in transition for my next "forever" home. The location was perfect - easy access to many direct routes in the city and to freeways. Great grocery shopping options, and restaurants. I had my small dog who enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and small yard. The property is nestled in a nice quiet friendly neighborhood. The hosts were amazing. Extremely responsive if I needed something and their service……

“We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Appleton. The space was perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed and was nicely set up and decorated. We especially appreciated the fans and all the hooks! Small things that make a big difference. Location is great, College Ave was interesting and fun to walk up and down. Very close to Authors, the best restaurant in Appleton. The gift shop right under the apartment, Blue Moon, was also great. Minor downsides are no dishwasher (not a big……

“Our stay was great. Quit neighborhood. It had a nice fenced in back yard with a grill and picnic table. It had all the cooking needs(pots,pans,utensils and drinkware . Coffee maker with all fixins. Bathrooms had soap ,shampoo, and conditioner dispenser. Towels were provided.Nice comfortable beds. All bedrooms are upstairs so if you can't climb stairs this maybe not be a good choice for you. We did not have a problem with this.”

“Great spot in Appleton. We had a group in town for to catch a Packers game and this spot suited us well. Roughly a 30-35 drive straight into Green Bay which is perfect if you want to get to a game but miss the craziness within Green Bay during a game week. House was clean and the pint of ice cream waiting for us when we checked in was a nice touch. We will be looking to book here again whenever we get back out to see another game! ”

“What a beautiful home! We traveled to Osh Kosh to tour UWO and found this gem of a place to stay at! The neighbors were extremely nice as was the community. Very quiet neighborhood. The home had everything we needed and more! The host was wonderful in checking in with us throughout our stay, making sure we had all that we needed :)”

“There is a loose screw on the cupboard to the trash--the cupboard door is going to fall off. Also the conditioner dispenser in the shower is not working. We had a very nice weekend.”
