Quaint River Ciew
Quiet property away from the hustle and bustle of Hot Springs, but only minutes away. We spent 3 days here and had a great time with friends camping at Catherine’s Landing. It had everything we needed and we would return.

Knotty Pine Cabin
Tranquil setting. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Close to all that Hot Springs has to offer but yet very quiet and secluded.

Perfect Quiet Weekend
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay in this perfect, cute cabin. It was quiet and cozy. The walk down to the lake was worth it in the morning just after the sunrise. It's steep coming back up but not terrible. There are rocks to use as steps that make it easier. Melanie was a great host with direct communication and easy directions. If we are ever in the area again, we will stay here again if it's available.

Melanie was a wonderful and accommodating host and made my partner and my stay absolutely amazing. The location is far enough away to be a quiet and beautiful get away and close enough to the springs to be very convenient for experiencing the town. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

More memorable Christmas
We stayed from December 22nd-26th. The cabin is everything we hoped for. I can't say enough. We wanted a quaint, peaceful, Christmas spent with our kids since they are getting older, and it was a perfect settling for us all to connect and spend quality time with each other and nature. Our dogs loved it too! Thank you for your hospitality and providing a space for us to create wonderful memories.

Cozy little home...
The home is really cozy and was a great place to stay during our visit. Only thing we notices off was all the cobwebs/dust throughout the home and the a/c unit rattling while running. (Just small stuff that can be taken care of) Besides that, would highly recommend this home to anyone. Has a beautiful scenery with a lake view.

Only had one night here, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views are gorgeous. Would recommend arriving during the day as it may be difficult to find at night.

The cabin feels remote because of how quiet and peaceful the area is but you have the convenience of restaurants and stores only being 10-15 minutes away. The location and the cabin were great!

We stayed in cabin 189, and even though the outside weather was unbearable, the cabin was cool and cozy!! Location was perfect for all of the stuff we had planned! We hope to come back to cabin 189 when weather is cooler!!

Cute place with some character!
This cabin is great for just lounging around and enjoying your stay with peace and quiet and privacy. Free wifi is a plus if you're here for work. Very affordable option for being just outside of Hot Springs, about 15 minutes from anything you might want to do in the area!

This was our first vacation to stay in a cabin. It was so relaxing and refreshing. We loved the view of water and trees. My 17 yr old son totally enjoyed the nature surroundings. It was very private. Exquipped with anything we might have needed. It was the best way to destress from life.

Rustic cabin in the woods with view of lake
This was the perfect place to get away from everything and unwind, but also close enough (about 15 minutes) to Hot Springs to enjoy the baths and National Park. The cabin was everything we needed and host even provided the coffee! You can see a neighbor on each side (but not too close) with the lake in front. The lake is not accessible at this location. There is a fire pit with wood provided, a grill, and some outdoor chairs on a deck.

9th Anniversary trip
Lovely neighborhood, and priced right. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the surrounding area during the day, this cabin was fully stocked with everything you need to cook or grill, enjoy a little down time away from the crowd, nice quiet place to stay. The owner allowed us to have our dog stay there as well which was great for us. We would most likely stay here again when we return to Hot Springs because it was close to several attractions and shopping.

Beautiful quiet cabin. Can see the river from The front porch. No water access but peaceful quiet road to walk along to see the river. Very family friendly. Wish there was firewood for the fire pit, but we could have brought some if I had thought to ask. Not a big deal. The host is very friendly, let me check in eerily due to a schedule conflict, and was readily available for any questions. My kids loved it- was the perfect cabin stay. Will stay here again when we visit from Texas.

This is an amazing cabin. It had everything we needed. It had wonderful lake views. Very quiet and secluded. And it was very easy to find. Our host was very nice and helpful. The only complaint was an issue with the shower. We definitely want to make arrangements to go stay again maybe starting twice a year instead of 1 time. We really enjoyed it.

Explanation on the shower issue. Handyman had turned up the water pressure a few days earlier and it apparently blew out a pipe in the wall. It is fixed and hopefully will never happen again.

Was a little hard to find but most of that was our fault. The walkway going down the hill to the house could use a little work. It would be very hard for someone elderly or with mobility issues. Outside could use some cleaning but the inside was clean. It was very quiet and peaceful .There is a house on each side but only saw people at one place and they were very quiet. You can see the water in one area. The view would be beautiful if some of the small shrubs and trees were cleared. Kitchen was well stocked with things needed for cooking. We had came to Arkansas for my brother's wedding so we were only there for 3days. The place seems secluded but is actually convenient to Hot Springs.

I'd buy it and live there if I could. Not more than 15 minutes from Hot Springs attractions. Make sure you go to Red Pier, Los Rooster, Taco Mama, and Rolando's. The Duck tour is a must. It was very relaxing returning to the cabin. I couldn't be more happy with our host.

Husband and I stayed here going and coming back from our Tennessee trip. The cabin is really cute and close to the lake. Very quite and open area for our two small dogs to run around in. They had fun exploring the area and taking walks. The place is a little hard to find, you really need to pay attention to the directions the owner gives you. The place is perfect for a couples getaway, very cozy. It is also easy to get to the downtown area.

Very relaxing!
After a nightmare stay in Texas, we couldnt wait to end our girls' weekend at this cabin and we were not disappointed! The house is very cozy and has all the amenities needed. It was fun to relax in the sunroom and play cards lolking out over the lake. Sitting out by the fire was perfect after an awful weekend in Texas. Melanie was very easy to get a hold of and always responded to my messages in a timely manner. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area! Thank you Melanie!

The property was exactly as described. I was actually pleased the bathroom was better than I had imagined since it wasn’t pictured. What this cabin offers in comfort & coziness far exceeds any small imperfections. Furniture was comfortable, kitchen was clean & had everything I needed. The sunroom is perfection for lake views, meals & extra room for sleeping. I would probably recommend this for no more than 3 people. Perfect for one person or a couple. The bank just across the lake is very steep as described. So if you have rambunctious pups or children watch at all times. I had my Pomeranian Cocoa on a leash when outside. Very quiet place. I would recommend & probably return!!

Wonderful cabin!
We had a great stay. The cabin is in a good location where you are close to Hot Springs (about 15 minutes), but also tucked away from the city with beautiful views. Everything was well stocked with the necessities and Melanie was friendly and helpful. Our dog was welcome and she also found the cabin very homey! Overall it was a great stay and we would gladly return.
