Perfect family get away!

The house is in a great location, close to our favorite restaurants on the lake. Plenty of room for our group of 4 families. If you have a large group, I definitely recommend this house!

Amazing House!

Family Vacation Spot

The property is as advertised, new construction with plenty of beds and amenities for the entire extended family. The Control 4 home automation, but this can be confusing for some users. Great property and we hope to return soon.

The Fremont

The house is pretty awesome, 12 of us had plenty of room in and outside the house. The pool and hot tub was great and the view from there was even better. Easy access to the boat slip. Kitchen was fully stocked for all we needed to cook, game room was nice as well. Overall 10/10. We will be back. Thanks

Awesome property

We like the property however we experienced couple of hiccups on the day of check-in. We booked this property because it has heated pool and gave them 48 hour advance notice as they requested, however neither pool nor hot-tub were ready when we arrived. We went back and forth and spent time on phone to get it fixed but it was not ready until the next day. Kids were little disappointed on the first day but enjoyed our second day stay with heated pool and hot tub. With exception of those issues, we enjoyed the property and its location.

Run to book! You will NOT be disappointed!

I work for the airlines and I have been around the world. This rental was my favorite. Countless amenities, and great for entertainment and great for hosting a larger group. House details and amenities were very thought out for entertainment. The surround sound throughout the house alone made our trip! We are a music family, so we thoroughly enjoyed that. We were here in October and had the pool heated to 90. Highly recommend 90 degree temp on the pool during this time. The views were stunning, you honestly couldn’t beat the views here. If you are second guessing yourself on which rental to pick because there is too many options, rest assured this is YOUR place! Don’t wait to book, this place is truly a GEM! The host was very responsive and answered immediately. Loved them, and we will be back. We rented a boat from Hot Springs Marina, which I highly recommend.

Extraordinary home for multi family Hot Springs vacation!

Immaculate! Everything we needed plus more. Every bedroom had king beds and private baths! The game room and heated pool was loved by all with groceries, activities and restaurants within 15-20 min of the house. One of our favorite vacation homes. Even the Easter Bunny made a visit!

Amazing Home

The home was gorgeous. We had plenty of space. Having laundry rooms on both floors was delightful. The owners were extremely responsive. The pool, hot tub, and boat ramp were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
