Enjoy watching lake activity and serene sunsets from your balcony.
Conveniently located on main channel of Lake Hamilton on Hwy 7 South. A gated community with swimming pool, pickle ball courts, grills and water front gazebo with picnic table.
Close to shopping, great dining, Oaklawn racetrack and casino. Hot Springs National Park, Historic bath house row. Marinas, and water activities are nearby. A perfect place to watch fireworks on holiday weekends.
New primary bedroom furniture with king size bed and smart 4K tv. Second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. New furniture in living room including a sleeper sofa, with smart 4K tv with DirectTV Stream for network and sports channels.
Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen featuring Keurig coffee maker, as well as a traditional coffee maker, and blender. Keurig pods, ground coffee, sweetener, and creamer are included to start your day, While taking in the morning lake views on your balcony. Equipped with washer and dryer, along with detergent, dryer sheets and dishwasher pods provided.
For your comfort we supply large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper and bath linens.

This is a great location and spectacular views. Very clean, nice decor and close to everything. The owner is a perfect host and easy to communicate with. Very responsive. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great View of the Lake and Front Row for the July 4th Fireworks. Beds were comfy and just the right size for small family. Not too far from downtown Hot Springs and Garvan Gardens.

Great property, very convenient and clean. The patio has a perfect view of the large channel of Lake Hamilton. Fun to sit and watch the boating activities while relaxing. The location is close to downtown, the racetrack, many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I definitely will stay here again.

Great Stay
We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a fantastic view. In addition, the location was close enough to downtown, and a stone’s throw from an awesome seafood restaurant, The Fisherman’s Wharf.

Beautiful condo and the view is amazing- lots of towels, washcloths and amenities. Quiet and secure neighborhood- so secure couldn’t get out the gate when walking- lol- so walked the tennis court. Excellent location for all the sites and food places- Fisherman’s Wharf very close and excellent food. Highly recommend.

Relaxed Anniversary Stay
Beautiful relaxing weekend of drinking coffee while watching beautiful Lake Hamilton. Eating at the Fisherman’s Wharf just a couple of minutes away. A little shopping and looking at plant nurseries for a few things to add to our yard when we get home.

Love the Balcony
We came for the eclipse and enjoyed so much more! The sunsets were wonderful and the balcony had plenty of room for us all.
The kitchen had everything we wanted and the beds comfy.
Our host was very quick with any questions or needs.
