Clean hotel in Hot Springs. There are not many options for breakfast, and on weekends it is only until 9 am, but the staff is very helpful and allowed my daughter some cereal after 9 am.

Can’t beat the price and location is real close to downtown (bathhouse row). If you’re looking for a place to primarily sleep and grab a quick bite for breakfast this is your place. The staff is incredible and truly cares about your stay and trip to Hot Springs. They give great recommendations and great general info that’s useful.

This place is really great for the price point. Front desk was friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean, and while the bed is firm it was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

Clean refreshing pool. Clean room and comfy bed. pillows are thin, worked for me. Breakfast is skimpy, but we felt the price excused that. We ate at 'Best Cafe'- fabulous breakfast or lunch. Dinner at Diablo's, excellent mexican.

I came here two years ago, and It was not too bad...considering the busy holiday, a few things here and there (paint and Ac issues). However, that was not the case recently and I shall return. Keep up the good work management and staff.
