Birthday Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at the Haven. Only a few feet from the lake. Many great restaurants within 1-2 blocks of the property. We will definitely book this location again!

Hot Springs Ar Hamilton Lake

Accommodations were nice,Just as pictured and promised. Only issue is more specific directions to the actual condo itself weee needed and the parking was very close for aFull sized vehicle. The owners were very hospitible.

Christmas getaway trip

My family and I (4) came to see the Garvan Wooland Gardens light display and shop downtown Hot Springs. Condo location was great. The house was clean and well equipped; beautiful view, very comfortable. Parking was very difficult since we came in a truck.

Beautiful sunsets

The property was super nice, beautiful location, steps away from the lake, we found everything we needed, drawers were labeled, and contact with property owner was easy and I got fast responses to any questions. Parking was very tight but area felt safe.

Absolutely loved this condo! Beautifully decorated and clean. Only issue, we were unable to adjust the thermostat, yes it was 33 outside tried to set at 68 but stayed on 70.. could be user issues..lol

Perfect Retreat on Lake Hamilton

My husband and I loved staying at The Haven. The location is close to many restaurants, shops and only a short drive to downtown. It was equipped with everything we needed for our vacation. Nicely stocked kitchen with everything you would need to cook a meal. Super comfy beds and large bathrooms. The living room was perfect for lounging, watching TV and mostly for enjoying the beautiful view of Lake Hamilton. We spent every morning and evening on the patio. We will definitely consider The Haven on our next trip to Lake Hamilton.

The Haven on Hamilton

The codo vwey clean, beautiful furniture even coffee, snacks, water, and shampoo and conditioner. Lots of little extras! The parking is very tight. I have Dodge Ram. I could see issue in the summer season getting in and out of parking space. Other than that, loved being right on the wayer. Beautiful view!

Needs a deep clean

This is our 2nd year staying in Hot Springs. We had high hopes for this stay. The location was great! Close to everything in town and the view from the back porch is Beautiful. As soon as we walked into the house we were hit with a bad smell. It smelled like a wet dog. I thought no problem. Ill spray some febreeze and turn the fan on. Unfortunately it did not help. Then I started noticing throughout our stay dry dog pee throughout the house. On the last night of our stay the kids had gotten ice out of the ice maker, the ice maker in the freezer was turned off. Not too long after I decided to get some for my self and noticed an odd smell. I started to look and the whole back of ice machine was covered in black mold. I contacted the host and their response was we will let the cleaners know, asked where the dog pee was at, and then did not respond after. The house needs a good deep clean.
