Quiet, Beautiful Home Nestled in the woods
This Beautiful home is the Perfect Get Away! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood and backed up to the woods, you'll enjoy peaceful privacy. The outdoor deck is covered, and the entire back yard is shaded by all the trees. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering with friends and family or just kicking back and relaxing.
When you arrive, you will find everything you need for the perfect get away.
Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!
Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.
The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.
This is a NON smoking rental
Pets are NOT permitted
NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities.
For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:

Pickleball : One Day
Coronado Tennis Center : Two Hours
Outdoor Pool : One Day
Kayak/SUP at Desoto Marina: : One Hour
