「Needed a place to stay while myself and a group of friends worked near Collbran for a week. John and Nancy were super friendly and their house was exactly what we needed, cozy beds, a clean kitchen to cook in and a place to shower up at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Collbran. 」

「Clean and simple place for a family to stay. We stayed here during a road trip with our three very young children. The home is mostly child proof. There were a few breakable items that we had to keep an eye on to make sure our toddlers didn't get into (cups and bowls for example). It was a perfect pit stop for us and was easy to check in. Could not have been much better.」

「We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!」

「The occasion we came together for was a somber one as we were there for my mother’s memorial service but this place provided a comfortable and perfectly located place with so much space. It gave us a place to come Together as family and spend quality time together and create lifelong memories with family we do not get to see very often because we live so far apart. Thank you for giving a place to grieve yet embrace one another. It was perfect for what we needed.」

「The house is super roomy, decorated adorably, was very clean, and had plenty of extras. It was an excellent place to rest during our Colorado National Park road trip. The surrounding neighborhood is a little run down, but don’t let that deter you from renting this house. The backyard views are peaceful with no neighbors and there are mountains in sight. Everything was great, including the host, and would recommend to anyone. 」

「We had a great three nights here— during the day we either went exploring on the Mesa or went down to Palisade. we loved spending time on the deck looking at birds, sunsets, etc. So nice not to be in view of any other homes. The house was perfect for us. only suggestion would be to put a non-slip rug next to the bed in the master bedroom」

「We had a great stay. The owners were very nice. Unfortunately, they said they received no notification we were coming from VRBO and had to clean up after we arrived. Had the run of the place though and we're able to pick and eat many fresh peaches, apples, and pears. We loved our stay in this quaint, cute little Casita!」
