"The place was very nice and clean and directly across from beach near convenient access point. Parking was tight for a crossover SUV but we were able to park in larger space. The balcony is accessed through 2nd bedroom and very narrow space. "

"Private beach access. One point to consider is there is no elevator, so ability to use stairways is a must. "

"Charged me for damages that didn’t occur while vacationing there. I will never book with Hosteva again or the Ocean Pier condos. Word of advice book with someone else if you don’t want to be charged extra fees and prior damages that were there before check in."

"The door code didn’t work - had to get a new one from them. None of the TVs worked. The phone didn’t work. There was broken glass on the floor in the living room and Main bedroom that 4/10 of us got in our feet and bled everywhere, And they made several fraudulent charges to my card. The parking tags were expired so they clearly have terrible room service. Two of the beds had stained up bedding. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere nicer."

"Loved the condo off the beach Great view. No beach towels Only 1 dish towel No Kleenex Nothing wrote down on what to do when you leave. Put one of parking pass under door. Check out was ten. The door was locked at 10:01 So we could not put p. pass on fridge We enjoyed our vacation and would come back."
