「I stayed for four nights and there was one toilet paper roll only. I was requested to dump the trash in the trash room, which was locked when I took the trash in the morning and didn't get instructions about that! Lighting is horrible, it's very dark, specially the bedroom and that hurt my eyes. The water pressure in the bathroom/shower is low. Definitely very loud area even after midnight, plus a lot of homeless, so consider that if you are planning to walk like me.」

「Smells like pee, the Pac-Man machine is real, the parking is terrible, the neighborhood is sketchy, and the unit honestly smells like pee. Also, it’s a guesthouse not a full house. I’m pretty sure someone will be watching you. 」

「Checkin was unpleasant because I was given the wrong lockbox information and had trouble reaching the management company. Finally I did and after an hour I got the key. They the WiFi didn’t work and I couldn’t reach anyone - another frustrating hour wasted. The hidden router just needed to be plugged in. The place itself was very comfortable and very convenient for the Reliant Stadium.」

「This place was really cozy I was visiting Houston for a bit and I did used to live there I will say this spot is in the center of basically everything a tourist would want to do here. The building this place is located at has so many amenities as well I was surprised. I will say tho if you rent a car or have one there parking is a little iffy but nonetheless not hard to find some.」

「This was an okay stay. These are the reasons why it was just okay.. My check in got pushed from 4pm to 7pm. Mind you my plane landed at 11AM, but they extended my check out to 1PM. Bed was super comfortable, it just honestly didn’t have a comforter it was like a bunch of sheets on my bed. Clean for the most part, walls super thin, and I’m sure it’s a spot in the mural that’s mold near the window. Neighborhood was safe and quiet! And it’s in the heart of Montrose for the people 」
