Spacious 3,368 sq. ft. one-story home on a 70` lot backing to Lake Quintessa and greenbelt. Features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3-car garage, and 12` ceilings. Owner upgrades include carpet, blinds, dining chandelier, and kitchen cabinet lighting. Bonus 130 sq. ft. exercise room, extended cedar-covered patio, landscaped yard with water garden, and gate to trail. Includes sprinklers, gutters, garage opener, and 6 years remaining on builder warranty. No windstorm insurance needed in Fort Bend County.

Guests have access to the entire property, with a few locked “no-go” areas. Enjoy full use of the kitchen, all bedrooms, theater room, formal dining room, and living room. The master bedroom closet and main hall closet are also available for your use.

We`re happy to accommodate parties and events with advance notice and a confirmed guest count. For a small fee, we can assist with dinner parties and special functions. We also offer `Cook with the Host` evenings—guests pick their proteins and veggies, and my husband and I guide them through preparing traditional Indian dishes. Location was very nice.House needs to be cleaned better: rugs vacuumed, toillete paper, better quality towels need to be purchased.The numerous buddhas in the house is an uncomfortable and creepy .
