Great rental

Great spacious place for a group of us. The location was great and close by everything. It was exactly what we were looking for on our family vacation.

Cozy and comfortable

Property was very cozy. My children enjoyed the foosball table. Beds were very comfortable. Property owner was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Houston stay

Communication with the property manager was good. However we never received check in and checkout instructions. We had to vacuum and sweep every single room in the house as there was a layer of dust and grains covering the floors and tv stands. Like hops were gathered and left to crumble? A leftover food bowl of ice cream and an old cupcake were left in one of the rooms which explained the gnats in that room. The stove would turn itself on and off randomly which led us to turning off the breaker several times. Mgmt came out to fix the stove but by breakfast the next day there boiled turned itself on. When the stove was used, cockroaches of all sizes would come out of the woodworks. They were everywhere. Plus flies, gnats and mosquitoes. Almost every family member, 16 of us, were bitten by something inside. I could tell there were recent improvements. This home has so much potential but the bugs and dirt were hard to set aside. Most of the towels were wet because the drum on the dryer was broken and uneven. You can only do half loads…so the cleaning company folded and put away damp towels. However the towels smelled clean. Otherwise it’s a good location. Plenty of room. But if they can get the cleaning company to come out and do a better job and take care of the bug infestation, this would have been an ideal stay.

Looks can be deceiving

The overall quality of the home was very rundown. Insects were a problem as we encountered fleas and cockroaches throughout the home. This home could use some serious attention. Very disappointed.
