Owner is very kind and responsive to allow us a long term rental with our family of 7 and dogs. He has addressed maintenance needs in a timely way and communication is always very good. He even has lawn, pest control and pool service on a routine schedule for consistent attention. The neighborhood feels like "Mayberry", in that everyone is friendly and feels very safe with Jersey Village having its very own local fire and police departments. This has been a perfect pause for our family.
