Sam is the nicest manager ive ever met. He carried my box to my room and has always been understanding of my needs like smokers near my door. He truly is an angel and due to him and the excellent cleaning staff this place is a fantastic rating for me. I hope Sam makes good money cause he goes above and beyond and deserves a raise!
