First off we booked this property and get checked in and this what not the same property. Get to entrance it's trashy and very dirty. Get inside to check around there's a big cock roach on its back on top of the stove. Go in the main bedroom had missing pieces to the blinds to the sliding door we had to put a cover over it cause people can see in. Go to the bathroom they had mix match towels and wash clothes and they had bleach stains all over them. The microwave tray was missing to warm up food. Then we leave for the day come back at night and roaches crawling everywhere.

Check in was difficult. I was required to upload an app and required to give it access to my phone information instead of just giving me a gate code or QR code. The slats on the window were missing and it took hanging two blankets on the blinds to keep the bright lights out so that we could sleep. 4 people, 5 days and literally two rolls of toilet paper. I guess i was supposed to bring my own. My husband gave the bed an A. I give the cheap sheets and 4 tiny unmatching, old bleach stained bath towels with 2 washcloths and not even a single bathroom hand towel a D. To call the location "med center" is quite a stretch. I was glad my husband was with me considering the area. We were showing horses at NRG and the location was very convenient for that. Overall. Grade C

My family and stayed here for 1 weekend. Overall, it was a great stay. The mattresses were very comfortable. The only thing was the thermostat. It is a smart thermostat and can be set and controlled by the property manager. It was set at 73 and we could not turn it down at all so it was pretty stuffy. Also, the app controlled lock was kind of difficult because we were only able to have or linked to one phone number. At one point my phone died and I had to wait in my car for my phone to charge so I could get into the apartment. Other than that, the stay was good.
