The Space:
An attic unit in an updated house built in the 1910's by an important, early retail family in Houston. Walking distance to some of Houston's finest restaunts, as well as some of Houston's finest dives and taco trucks. The heart of the cultural and arts district.

This beautiful tree house, top of the house apartment is perfect for resting, living and being in the heart of Houston without getting on too many freeways. It's a great find, clean and well supplied. Great walking area as well. Your stay will be most enjoyable!!!

Deceptively spacious!

The “treehouse” unit of this property was perfect for my weekend in Houston visiting family. It was much larger than I expected based on the photos (though I did bump my head on the angled ceilings in the bedroom and living area a couple times). The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was perfect. And the neighborhood is lush, well maintained, and in the middle of everywhere in Houston you’d want to be.
