llegamos solo para descansar, el lugar esta normal, reserve habitacion para no fumar y aún asi olia mucho a cigarro, la television estaba dañada, fui a comentarselo al de recepcion y solo dijeron OK, el desayuno muy limitado, muy poca variedad, pero pues si tiene huevo, waffles, tiene estaciamiento gratis. si es para llegar uno o dos dias esta bien, más dias no.

That was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff were terrible, tried to con me into taking a room less than i paid for. When questioned, i was threatened with refund late in the night. The first a series of crazy occurrence at this crazy hotel. Wish there's a way i can sue them. A most terrible experience

They initially gave us the wrong room even though the manager new what we booked. Beware that they have two different hotel buildings and they house people confused. Maybe you booked one and they will give you a separate one.

We first got there and received a key to a king bed room when I booked for two. We then got moved to a double bed room that’s carpet was covered in blood stains like a massacre had occurred. The staff said there was no other rooms available and would fully refund the stay. I didn’t get a full refund.

Mattress was older than I am. Pillows old, flat. Linens thin, scratchy. Stained carpet. Not enough hot water to shower. Noisy AC unit but needed to cover highway noise. Pay more, be more comfortable.

The hotel stay was disappointing overall. The bed linens appeared very old and worn out, which affected the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Additionally, the washroom layout was inconvenient, as the hand basin, faucet, dressing mirror and countertop were detached and located outside the bathroom area instead of inside Also, it’s close to highway noise from vehicles. Terrible basic breakfast served across adjacent sister hotel. You have to walk across to next building What concerned me most was that I accidentally left my AirPods under the pillow, with my phone number clearly written on the case. When I contacted the hotel, I was informed that they had not been found. It is difficult to understand how housekeeping could change the linens and make the bed without noticing a black AirPods case under the pillow. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed with the level of service and dishonesty.

Not as advertised. The description for this property describes the adjoining property. This is a no frills, run down property that needs lots of love. Literal hole in the wall in the bathroom, lumpy mattress, lights on the bed did not work. Musty smell masked by air freshener. A good strong push against the door would open it chained and locked (Housekeeping did exactly that). I did not feel safe here.

The comforter had spots like it hadn’t be wash or cleaned. There was a guy in my room claim he was maintenance fixing the tv. The Sunday morning desk lady(young girl) just snatch the key cards from and shut the window. When I tried to ask for a receipt she told me to check my email and slammed the window shut and walked away When I saw this I was I had picked the wrong hotel, but tried to make it work. I will not be returning to this location again
