The environment was great. Staff services were very friendly and kind. With beautiful smile on their faces, that's telling me that I could return here for my next trip. We had a misunderstanding & miscommunication but it was made right with an apology and accountability. They are nice and understanding people. I recommend this stay. Great stay if you have children.
