不满意：清洁度
The only positive about this property is how responsive the host, Cameron, is. Other than that, I noted the following negatives:•We couldn’t get in the front wrought iron gate because it appeared to be locked so we called the host and was told to just “jiggle” it to open. Turns out the front knob was broken, and I had to reach through the gate and turn the back knob.•The battery for the thermostat was dead, so we had to call the host to have it set remotely.•Every carpet and rug in the unit was dirty, stained and in several cases they did not lay flat and were a tripping hazard. In addition, it appeared that the downstairs carpet had not been vacuumed. •There were no wine glasses in the unit but it appeared that they did not expect wine to be served because there was also no wine opener.•The necessities for cooking were extremely limited. Fortunately, we were only there one night and only cooked Hors d'oeuvres and were able to get by.•There were only six coffee cups and one of those was cracked and broken.•The pillow on the downstairs bed appeared to be repurposed from a couch and was extremely hard and very difficult to sleep on.•No hand towels or wash cloths in any of the bathrooms. There was nothing to dry hands on in the powder room bathroom.
