It was perfect for a one night stay. Good location, quiet and clean. Small kitchen was a surprise but if staying longer would have been nice. Plenty of parking and back from the Main Street. Nice back street available for easier coming and going.

I loved our room so cozy,comfortable and clean. I really didn’t wanna leave but work called so in a few minutes. I was up, showered and out the door to eat breakfast and my favorite part was the waffle and coffee. Next time I am in Brookshire I definitely will be staying there.

Stayed for 1 night only. The hotel appears to be recently built, and the rooms, furniture, and overall facilities are modern and in very good condition. The property makes a positive first impression, and everything feels new and well maintained. That said, there were a few disappointing details. All of the soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty upon arrival, which should have been caught during housekeeping inspections. In addition, the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy. Considering how new the facility is, I was surprised by the level of noise. The biggest letdown was the breakfast. I was not expecting a large buffet, but the quality and presentation need improvement. The coffee was unavailable, the juice seemed stale and had an unpleasant smell, and the bread was served in a bag rather than presented in a more appealing manner. Overall, the breakfast experience did not match the quality of the rest of the property. Overall, a nice, modern hotel with comfortable facilities, but attention to basic details and breakfast quality would significantly improve the guest experience.

I’m sorry but I saw Cockroaches in my Room, and a lot of smoke transfer the Filters of the Rooms I couldn’t sleep nothing at all on 3 day and I had to leave the hotel before the time Booked and they didn’t wanted to return my money back. I don’t recommend this Hotel at All.

Great location but the room spelled of "weed" daily from one of my neighbors. I don't know if I'll book here again, although the young woman at the front desk was very kind and polite.

The building itself is old. You can tell they’ve tried to keep up with maintenance. Our bedroom and bathroom had hair on the floor from previous guests. The pillows on the bed definitely need to be updated. I felt safe and comfortable. All I can say it was OK just for the one night as we were passing through the area.
