My workers were in the area for 3 months helping with hurricane clean up. Got them this house for 3 weeks and they loved it. It was close to the area we were working in and did not have to worry about vehicle getting broke in to like we did when they stayed in hotels. Had some issues with the key code and got help from rental company at 11:30 at night. Would definitely stay here again great house and customer service.

My family and I rented this property for 30 days as we were doing construction on our home. The management company was responsive, however ultimately they rented us a home that did not have a properly function AC. The home was in the 80’s in some areas in the middle of the night when the thermostat was on 70. I have a 6 yr old, 4 yr old, and 1 yr old. My kids were constantly waking up. I was patient in waiting for a solution, and they gave me the runaround after 4 techs came out asked me to relocate so they could do “extensive” AC work on the home that also needed construction work. After looking more into the home, I found reviews on other rental sites where people complained about the same AC issue. So the owners rented this house out knowing the issue was there. They marketed this home as comfortable and relaxing and exclusively yours without interruption. It was absolutely false. They refuse to compensate for the time we had to leave the home while under construction and the time we spent out of the home so we could avoid the heat. The fence was broken and the neighbors dogs came in the backyard on multiple occasions standing at our back door barking at us. There was a wasp infestation close to the pool I sent multiple pictures of. I moved there with a family of 5 and a dog to be asked to relocate mid stay. This could have been avoided with an accurate listing of what the accommodations were.
