No smoking of any kind inside the home. Outdoor smoking is okay. Please keep property/furniture free from stains, burns, or odor. Extra cleaning fees apply if evidence/complaints occur.
GATHERINGS & PARTIES
- No house parties or large events.
- Small gatherings (up to 12 guests) with close family/friends allowed with prior approval. Please clean up after—remove decorations, food, trash, etc.
PARKING
- Park in the garage or curbside without blocking other garages or traffic. Please do not park directly in front of garages. Towing is enforced.
