We’re excited to host you in our cozy home, tucked in a peaceful Houston neighborhood just around 15 minutes from the airport. H-E-B is a minute away, with Kroger, shops and restaurants nearby. Downtown is around 35 minutes away with quick Beltway 8 access. Enjoy a private heated pool (with new heater installed), pool table, foosball table, board games, playing cards and other fun amenities. You might get lucky—if the fig tree is in season, feel free to enjoy some fresh fruit from the yard!
The space
This lovely two-story home is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and is perfect for a comfortable stay. As you walk in, you’ll find an open layout with the kitchen, living room, and game room, which includes two TVs, a pool table, and all the kitchen essentials you might need. There’s also a convenient half restroom on the first floor. Upstairs, you’ll find all four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, fully stocked with fresh towels, sheets, and clean beds to make your stay feel just like home. In the backyard, you can enjoy the private heated pool, a cozy seating area, a hammock under the shade of a large tree, and a spacious grassy area—perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home and outdoor areas, except for the garage, which will remain locked as it contains personal items. There is plenty of parking available in the driveway, and since the home is located on a corner lot, there’s also ample space to park along the sidewalk. Videos on how to access the pool equipment to heat up the pool and turn on the jacuzzi jets will be sent to you privately.
