Located within 5 minute drive to major highways of, I-59, Beltway 8, US-90, I-610, provides conveniently access to variety of dining, cafe bars,H-Mart, HongKong City Mall, Memorial City Mall, Houston CITYCENTRE, Galleria Mall, The Height’s, Downtown, Medical Center, NRG Stadium, Houston Zoo,Museum District. Walkable to food street restaurants & markets. A great place to stay & enjoy an urban nightlife!
The space
Indulge in the modern farmhouse setting of this cozy home, offering an amazing out door pool with many amenities as a mini resort that you can spend a quality and fun time with your family and friends.
This beautifully adorned residence is equipped with all the modern amenities, bringing the pulse of farmhouse art living to your doorstep with creative artsy decors.
As the day transforms into night, the expansive backyard turns into a serene sanctuary, illuminated by lights that mirror the enchanting night sky.
This completely furnished five-bedroom residence features two bathrooms, a dining room, a fully functional kitchen and a splendid large backyard with an artsy patio , furnished with sofas, dining tables, chairs, and a mini golf area. There's ample room for outdoor leisure and activities

- Located right in the heart Houston- China town central, you can hang out and enjoy the nightlife activities that seem like never ending here.
- Walkable to H-Mart, restaurants, Saigon food street, cafe bars and markets
- Quick access to main freeways. Less than 5 minutes drive to major highways of, I-59, I-69, Beltway 8, US-90, I-610.
- Foosball multi games table in the family room, dart board and many more.
- Cozy, modern look, stylist with minimalist furnishing.
- Fast Wi-Fi and ROKU TVs. We have 2 TVs of 65” and 55” in the house.
- On-site washer and dryer.
- We are providing a 26 Qt -11 functions air fryer and toaster combo.
- A dual K-cup and drip coffee and tea machine with all condiments
- Keyless entry for easy and convenient self-check-in.
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized after every booking
- All linens and towels are replaced with clean ones after every booking
- Our home has 8 queen beds, 2 twin beds and 3 rollout twin beds, sleep up to 16 people

This house is surrounded by a lot of trees and has a large backyard , so there will always be some leaves and plant debris on the lawn, backyard, specially the pool is outdoor with no cover, even after we have just cleaned them. Rest assured that the pool is taken care of weekly, by professional pool company with monitored schedule and process.
If you have more guests to come, please let us know about them.
We are on a sensitive septic system. Please only flush toilet paper down into the toilet. All other items please use the trash bin.
Please remember you're staying in our home, not a hotel, so please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to take care of them ASAP.
