Positives: room was quiet. Refrigerator was cold. Negatives: check-in (with no one in line) was slow - nearly 15 minutes even with a pre-paid advance registration. kitchen had no coffee/tea maker. Room HVAC worked, but was damp / musty with high humidity. Shower door wouldn't close completely. No soaps/shampoos/lotions in the bathroom. Lobby desk/ office was closed (with roll-down security wall locked in place) at 8 am to check-out.

Felt very safe. Loved the full kitchen, it felt very homely. I will say I gave it 3 stars because the following morning I seen a baby roach in the bathroom. I absolutely hate roaches. Yuck! Ruined my whole experience!

Oh gosh where do I start? The staff? LOVELY! The property? LOVELY! CLEANLINESS? LOVELY. Absolutely LOVELY! The property manager was amazing I can’t remember her name but my gosh was she amazing at handling business! The lobby attendant was amazing also we stayed for the Beyoncé Cowboy Carter Tour… the amount of time these girls were willing to put in for us to make sure we were safe while attending events around Houston should be illegal! I was very adamant about coming to this property because of the reviews but turned out it was lies. 100% will be coming back here for my next trip to Houston! Thank you girls so much for everything you guys did to make sure we had a great stay and perfect trip!

Overall wouldn't recommend for the price. Liked that I could check in early, with an extra fee. At first glance seemed cleaned but the room had such a high humidity that the floors and walls were constantly wet. Showered Friday night and the towels never dried. Asked for extra towels on Sunday evening and was told there was no clean towels......

My family and I chose this establishment because of the easy location and extended stay rates. We came to Houston for the livestock show. The overall room was ok, it slanted down as you went towards the heads of the beds which meant when you laid down the bed slanted head low feet higher. There was a family above us that was extremely loud allowing their child/children to run around during later hours of the evening. That was kind of remedied but it still happened. The cleanliness was ok. It has definitely been lived in and no updates have been done. Minor things could be done to help with the overall feel of the room, paint over worn marks, clean up scuffs on floors and walls, and even air fresheners to help with slight odor. It is extremely convenient to have a small kitchenette in the room especially when traveling for a week away with family to help curb food expenses. I would ask for extra blankets in the room but everything else was just fine for what we were staying for.

Beware of auto theft!!!

Beware!!! On the second day my truck was broken into. I worked nights so it was 11:30 in the morning hour. Broad daylight. It’s a nice facility, relatively new. Great lighting and apparent cameras. Clean room. Mostly permanent residents. Feels like government housing. If you’re a working person with tools keep away!!! Someone is waiting and watching. I told the manager under the circumstances I would have to cut my trip short. She still refused to cancel my stay and charged me the full amount. Stating no refunds. I thought I was going to save some money because of the decent nightly rate. Wrong! Ended up over a thousand with repairs and theft of tools. Unfortunate all the way around. Stay clear of this place unless you’re part of the tribe. Outsiders beware. Someone’s looking to take advantage of you. Seriously.

My check in was late due to flight being delayed so finally got there around midnight then waited at least 30 mins on someone to show up to get my key, got to my room that smelled really bad so I asked for a new room and was denied by the sleeping front desk attendant, I asked for a refund and also was denied I left the place and got a room elsewhere, worst place ever
