My entire stay for 1 week was phenomenal. Staff is friendly and helpful. The guest were pleasant and respectful of one another and the property. Perfect location to get to food, shopping and downtown activities. Parking is very convenient and well lit. I felt very safe walking around the area at night. Very affordable. This will be my go to hotel when I visit Houston.

The night lady was sweet and professional. She helped me get the rate nd room that was comfortable for me. However, the morning staff was extremely rude, starting with front desk. Very dismissive. Her and one of the housekeepers treated me like a dog with rabies.

I have been staying here a few weeks now and all of the staff are extremely nice, efficient and helpful! My room is nice and the ac gets cold. I have also used the laundry room three times with no problems. The machines use an app called CSC Go which makes it easy to add money on your account to do laundry. I will note that if you are looking for a pool or free breakfast this isn't the place for you.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. The rooms were decent and overall clean. However, there seems to be an issue with the toilets, mine would back up very easily, even with minimal use. I’m not sure if this was just my room or a more widespread problem. Aside from that, it was a nice stay overall.

We were denied our check in due to my husband's criminal record and it was almost midnight when we got there. We had to sleep in our car and try to get enough money together to get another room we have never had a problem any where else. I feel like we were discriminated against and our rights were violated. I will never go back again

So this trip the room was dirty and the stove top was dirty and all the cabinets had like old dust or mild from what looked like water damage or something. It 3 trips up and down to my floor until they finally gave me a key that worked and t he hotel was booked so I couldnt switch rooms. The staff was friendly but the room was not clean
