I called and went to the lobby to say that there was no conditioner or toilet paper, but no one brought it to me. I knew there was no parking fee when I made the reservation, but I was charged $15 per day.

Clean room. I didn’t want to pay to Valet. I needed to get to the Hospital on time. The self park was quite a hike with your bags. $10 less than Valet. I couldn’t find the elevator from the garage to lobby to go to the hotel lobby. Parking is the only real negative. Everything else is nice.

Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful, and definitely attentive. The room was clean. The air conditioning was our only issue.
