「I really want to give 5 stars for this place- but unfortunately…,,,,The location and the house is stunning! But the let downs was the cleanliness. The spa was disgusting and had broken glass by the gate. Nearly every piece of cutlery, tray, plate and cup was dirty. No hand soap or dishwashing liquid. The first night no hot water. The fire pit is on a side of a hill- no chance for confit- and the house is 12 people- 3 double rooms 1 room with 4 bunks and a downstairs with 2 sofa beds. But no one...

「Felt very welcomed on entering this beautiful home, Large spacious home well appointed facilities and heaps of space to have the whole family enjoy our time together. It had been touch and go as to whether the recent bushfires would put a stop to our stay. The communication with the Book High Country team, was exceptional. 「This property is beautiful. We so enjoyed the big deck with the view of the lake. And the a/c inside was essential owing to a very hot weekend. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of except for a reading lamp in the downstairs double bedroom 」

「Our stay at this chalet was an absolute delight. We were 11 people, a mix of friends and family with two little ones and was spacious for all of us. Mike and Anna greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the chalet. They are both friendly and accommodating. They were also really good with communication and instructions prior to arrival.
