“A charming home in the middle of Leirvik, just 10 minutes from the Klaksvik ferry to Kalsoy. Do note that the tunnel from Leirvik to Klaksvik comes with an added cost. Lilja does a fantastic job of making your stay personal and the homemade breakfast each morning is a great way to start the day! As I was the only one staying (there are multiple rooms that could potentially be rented out at the same time), I particularly enjoyed our conversations about Faroese life, culture, faith and tourism.……

“We ordered takeaway breakfast for our date of departure as we had to catch an early flight. The order was confirmed by email and at check in by the front desk staff. However, due to an internal communication error, the order was not communicated to the kitchen and we were left without any breakfast.
We however saw the front desk staff when checking with the kitchen took the opportunity to make herself a ham and cheese sandwich and did not offer it to us.
