"When we stayed here there must’ve been some sort of event for children… There were kids running up and down the hall constantly and yelling up and down to each other… And we weren’t able to use the pool or hot tub because there were so many kids in there and there is no adult only time. It would have been nice to enjoy the facilities in quiet for just a little bit before bed"

"I would definitely return to this Best Western in downtown Prince George. The accommodations we very clean, breakfast and hot coffee every morning and the staff we sooooo helpful and we were high needs and they went above and beyond. I’m super grateful for all their hospitality. Highly recommend!"

"Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay we were in PG for medical appointment. We decided to stay at Pomeroy as a treat to ourselves as we’ve been going through devastating health issues. Our first night I just wanted a nice relaxing bath but the drain plug did not close properly allowing the water to continually drain so I had to keep refilling every few minutes ,it was so not relaxing. At 2:20 am the black out curtain came crashing down waking us. I got up and stepped on a push pin. We realized the curtain was being held up by push pins. We pinned it back up. In the morning before we left for a medical appointment. I went to the front desk and told the woman what happened, she wrote it down about the curtain and the tub. She asked me when maintenance could fix it. I said we’d be gone from 8:30 till just after 12:00 for a medical procedure and when I got back I would need to lay down and rest. She assured me it would be fixed before we got back. Nothing was fixed curtain still push pinned tub drain not fixed. Our second night the curtain crashed down shortly after 4 am the push pins had fallen out again. My husband was able to use a curtain hook to secure to other rod. When we checked out all that was said was they were sorry to hear that happened to us. I do not recommend this hotel it’s obviously showing the lack of upkeep and care"

"The room I paid for was not available, there were kids running up and down the hall until 11:30 pm, someone pounded on my door at 5:30AM, they charged my credit card $450 even though I paid through Expedia. But nothing was their fault and my compensation was breakfast vouchers."
